Studio and/or Outdoor:

**60 minute session:  We have designed some beautiful outdoor areas in our yard to get the best of both worlds.  This session not only includes your yearbook session, but gives you the flexibility to be in our studio and/or our outdoor areas.  We designed this session for the Senior who wants a few great photo’s, but doesn’t want to spend a whole lot of time doing it.  You won’t end up with a ton of images to choose from, but you will  end up with some great images that you will be proud to share with your family and friends.

Limit to just one additional clothing change.  ……………..…………………. $119.00

**90 minute session:  Same as the session above, except in this session, we get to spend more time with you, which means we end up with more awesome poses to choose from!

Limit to 2 additional outfits.  ……………………….…………………………$ 159.00

Minimum order requirement of $200.00.

Studio and Special Location:

**90 minute session:  We start at our studio with the yearbook session, and then advance to either more creative works done in the studio, or we take off to a location of your choosing that would be more appropriate for your look and attire.

Lighting is very important when we’re on location, so we need to decide where we’re going to go, so we can book this session at the correct time of day.

Minimum order requirement of $250.00.

**2 hour session:  Same as above, just more time to visit different locations and give you more to choose from.

Limit to 3 additional outfits……………..…………… $249.00

Minimum order requirement of $300.00.

Minimum order requirement of $350.00.

Art Shoot:

The “Art” shoot is a brand new concept, available only to 2012 Seniors who have retained us for any Senior session lasting at least 90 minutes.

The “Art” shoot is a very planned-out 45 minute shoot.  We’ll discuss wardrobe, location, lighting, props, pose, expression, make-up, hair etc. This image can be as funky and creative as you want to make it, so start perusing your resources and thinking about the “ultimate” dream shot, and let’s get started planning the shoot! …………. $199.00

**You can plan this session with David via email or phone for free, or you may set up a 30 minute consultation with David in the studio, to discuss and plan the session. ....... $30.00

Please note: This shoot is only available after we have finished your Senior session!

Deposits

There will be a retaining fee of $100.00 when you book your appointment. This deposit is non refundable, but does apply towards your order. At the time of your Senior session, you will pay the remaining balance on the session of your choice.

When you place your order, you will pay 50% of any balance due, and the remainder paid when you pick up your order. If you wish to pay your entire balance due at the time of your order, you will receive an additional 9 wallets free, from any pose selected.

Terms & Conditions

1) A retainer of $100.00 will be applied towards your Senior Session.

2) Balance of Portrait Session to be paid at the time of your session.

3) Previews (proofs) take approximately 7 days to process. A deposit of $250.00 is required before the previews may leave the studio. This deposit (minimum order) will apply towards your order.

4) If you place your order within 7 days of receiving your previews, you will receive an additional 9 wallets FREE from any pose already selected for reproduction.

5) If you pay your total balance due at the time you place the order, you will receive an additional 9 FREE wallets from any pose already selected for reproduction. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to create your portraits.

6) When we call about your finished order, we will set up a very short appointment to view your entire order, assuring that everything is done to your liking. Any balance due will be collected at this time.

7) There is a $45.00 charge on all returned checks.

TIPS BEFORE YOUR SHOOT:

Do not have your hair cut less than one week before your session.

Don't use a spray tan as it is difficult to get your skin color correct.

Stay out of the sun and tanning beds at least 2 - 3 days before your session. You can't fix a sun burn!

Clothing:

Be sure your clothes are nicely pressed and separated in groups for easy changes. Find clothes that look good on your body. Sleeveless tops are not good if you do not love your upper arms. Tight fitting clothes may show bulges that you don't want to see and heavily patterned clothes can be distracting. We want to see you, not your clothing. Bring a variety of outfits from dressy to ultra relaxed. Change up the colors from one outfit to another. Bring along hats, sunglasses, instruments or anything you think would be fun to include in your portraits.

Makeup should be slightly heavier than normal.

Guys - Be sure to shave if you are to be clean shaven in your portraits, and please stay away from white or short socks with your dressy clothes. They might show up in your portrait!

Lastly, be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early, to fill out some paperwork and to have time to relax and enjoy a cool drink. If you need to change clothes, shave or apply your makeup here, you will need to arrive even earlier.
